Proof of Vaccinations
Before your dog(s) can board with us, we require proof of vaccinations. Your dog must have updated DAPP & Rabies Vaccinations. The Bordetella vaccination is recommended, but not required.
What To Bring
Bring your dog’s food, collar and leash. We have bowls and blankets, so you do not need to bring these items. You may bring toys/treats if you like. You will also need to fill out our Boarding Questionnaire and bring that with you as well OR you may fill one out when you drop off.
Medication
If your dog(s) require medication, we will gladly do this at no extra charge. We are very experienced and will make sure the medication is given as instructed.
Cancellation Policy
At K9 Country Lodge, we require a 72-hour notice for any cancellations prior to your upcoming stay. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in a charge equivalent to 2-3 days, depending on the length of the stay if the cancellation is made under 72 hours.
Any alterations to drop-off or pick-up dates must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time. Changes made within this 72-hour window may incur additional charges.
If client chooses to pick up dog earlier than the confirmed pick-up date, a 48-hour notice is required. If notice is not given, a charge equivalent to 1-3 days, based on how many days early the dog is picked up, will be added to your bill.
Any alterations to reservation made at time of scheduled drop-off will result in a charge equivalent to 1-3 days. This applies to changes such as dropping off on a later date or picking up on an earlier date than originally reserved.
Our rules are in place because we often run at full capacity during peak times, ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. Additionally, 60% of the revenue from K9 Country Lodge directly supports the dogs at We All Need A Rescue Sanctuary, helping provide care and shelter to those in need.
During Your Dog’s Stay With Us
Your dog(s) will be exercised daily in our large, fenced-in outdoor parks. If you would like your dog(s) socialized, we will take them out in small groups of other dogs, so they can all play together. We love having one on one time with your dog(s) as well, either in the parks or on a walk along the beautiful trails (on-leash of course)! Either way, your dog(s) will receive plenty of exercise and a few hugs and kisses while you’re away!
